Once Europe’s fastest banked oval racing circuit, Rockingham now has planning consent to become a state-of-the-art, specialist automotive logistics centre with additional serviced offices. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Midlands on the edge of Corby. Rockingham's objective is to build upon its history for innovation by providing its occupiers with new benchmarks for processes, technology, talent and services in the automotive sector.

We have the scope, scale, planning consent and with Corby nearby, the local talent to solve many of the UK automotive industry’s logistical challenges. GEFCO, Groupe CAT, IT Fleet and City Auction Group have already moved in. As we grow into a one-stop-shop for manufacturers and fleet operators, we’re looking forward to welcoming new businesses and their clients to our historic home.

Located under 30 miles from the M1 in the middle of England; whatever UK port a car arrives at, the trip to Rockingham is a simple one. There’s also seamless access onto the site through three main roads, including an extension of the A6116 that leads to a private dual carriageway – and into either the car park or circuit.
